Private Dublin Delivery

We offer a private delivery service within Dublin for a flat fee of €5. Once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that best suits you.

An Post Shipping

If you prefer, you can choose An Post for delivery, which takes 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at this contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. After receiving approval, you will be instructed on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive your goods, during which you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. Please note: The cooling-off period does not apply to certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made items, used & damaged items, must be unworn, in original condition & in their original packaging). You must inform us in writing (via email or letter) if you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe.
