Return Period

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • If the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund, in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact with us within 15 days of receiving your item.
  • After receiving approval, you will be instructed on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Gift cards

Your Rights Under EU and Irish Law

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive your goods, during which you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
Please note: The cooling-off period does not apply to certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made items, used & damaged items, must be unworn, in original condition & in their original packaging). You must inform us in writing (via email) if you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe.
